Irregular Blood Sugar

If you get snappy, dizzy or tired when you’re hungry chances are your blood sugar is unstable. If you rely on coffee, cola or chocolate, biscuits to keep you going between meals then you may also have erratic blood sugar.

Over time if not addressed poor blood sugar regulation can lead to insulin resistance and eventually diabetes.
