Candida is controversial, medical science denies it exists with a very few exceptions and I diagnose it far less often than many practitioners who find the handy catch all nature of the symptoms an easy option to blame.

However by addressing the root cause of the problem diet and lifestyle changes can bring about recovery. Simply following a drastic anti-candida diet often does not achieve recovery purely because this root of the problem has been ignored.
