Arthritis

Many sufferers are aware that certain foods can be a trigger for their arthritis pain to flare up but have often found this out the hard way. However certain foods maybe lowering their bodies’ ability to cope so a new food that would otherwise be OK becomes a trigger food.

Damage caused by arthritis cannot be undone however it is possible using diet and good quality vitamins and minerals to slow down or even halt the progression of the disease.

I have seen people in agony with Rheumatoid arthritis become pain free by changing their diet and lifestyle.
